While the air is cooler, the water is still warm! As we wrap up 2021 and draw closer to conversion to hard contract, the excitement is building.  With the release of building 3 The Dogwood we are over $40,000,000 in sales, and have successfully reserved 61% of units in the Holly and Juniper buildings. There are still 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom units available at preconstruction pricing but prices will be increasing soon. Take advantage of this opportunity to own at The Grove in The Seascape Beach and Golf Resort with its 2,000 feet of beach and unparalleled amenities!!
