Happy New Year! Jan 2020 PPG Top Producers Header

Celebrating a momentous 2019; Anticipating a bigger, better 2020

2019 is a wrap, and the future couldn’t look brighter here at The Premier Property Group (PPG). As one of Northwest Florida’s top, locally-owned, independent real estate firms, our company realized notable successes across all of our business lines--residential, commercial and development. And the numbers speak for themselves:

As we turn the corner into 2020, we are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead across Florida’s Emerald Coast and beyond. We especially want to offer our gratitude to the clients who continue to trust us with their real estate projects, the communities who embrace our services and an amazing group of employees and agents who keep PPG on the cutting edge of the market. Thank You!

Reflecting on 2019, we also want to take time to spotlight some of those who made extraordinary contributions to our company and the communities they work in. In December, we recognized these top producers of 2019:

Jimbo Holloway ($21,407,000)
Jimbo has been making waves in the 30A corridor for 20 years and has consistently ranked in the top 5% of all agents. He joined PPG six years ago and currently focuses on residential sales. He attributes is ongoing success to an ability to maintain a client and referral-based business plan that always puts client interests first. Looking to the future, Jimbo said, “ 2020 is going to be another solid year for real estate along the panhandle. Interest rates should remain low, and I expect to see more inventory than the past few years.”

Shaun Roberts ($20,421,470)
Shaun has built a solid reputation along the Emerald Coast as an agent who reflects a high degree of professionalism, integrity and communication savvy. A full-time agent in the region since 2004, he is in the top 1% of all agents, and continues to build on this legacy. Shaun joined PPG to expand his market influence across luxury real estate and draw on the tools, leadership and support the company provides. He believes 2020 will be a year of growth and momentum. “Our area continues to draw more and more visitors from areas outside of the Southeast, reaching across the country,” he said.

Jason Stephens ($17,781,800)
Jason joined PPG in 2010 and has invested in real estate for more than 20 years, giving him an edge when working with investors looking for solid returns on second homes in our area. He specializes in the marketing and sales of high-end individual properties and builds his reputation on honesty, integrity, market knowledge and proactive engagement. “I don’t sell my friends and clients anything. I help them find the right property to buy,” he noted, adding that joining PPG proved beneficial to this approach. “This company is aligned with my mentality of helping people make a good decision as opposed to just selling something. I’ve always loved my job, and it’s easy to do at PPG because they treat me like family.”

Emily Probst ($16,750,845)
A real estate professional for a mere five years, Emily has already made her mark along the Emerald Coast. Following two years as the number one agent in her previous firm, Emily joined PPG in 2019 and ended the year with a bang--eight closings in December! Emily maintains a low profile and says that the majority of her business is referral based and word of mouth, which is an important part of her work-life balance strategy amid a busy family schedule keeping up with three children. “Being at a smaller boutique office allows me to cultivate my own path with unwavering support on how I choose to do that,” she said. “I pride myself in being literally a one stop shop. A lot of my military families are coming from out of state, buying their houses sight unseen. I'm helping them set up utilities; I'm getting carpet cleaners in there; I’m delivering groceries for them before they arrive in town.”

Ginny Lee Deptula ($14,191,032)
Ginny Lee Deptula continues to build on her successful real-estate career of more than 17 years through an uncanny ability to build relationships and solve problems for clients and constituents. She accomplishes her goals by living out one of her life mantras: “Strive to be the best version of you!”  A life-long learner with a passion for the human experience, Ginny Lee has proven she has a knack for crafting successful marketing campaigns that tell the unique story of each customer she serves. In fact, she is looking forward to further leveraging the power of technology to make this happen in 2020. Ginny Lee is grateful to PPG for allowing her the opportunity to bring together a dynamic team of professionals in PPG’s Niceville office who she said “truly have each others back, assist without expectation and genuinely want to see their fellow agents succeed in life and business.”

Best wishes to all our colleagues, clients and constituents for a prosperous 2020!
